Job summary

Bwise Solutions is seeking a Bancassurance sales leader to drive life insurance sales across multiple bank branches. The role focuses on meeting premium, policy, and revenue targets while building strong relationships with branch and regional stakeholders.

You will mentor and motivate the sales team, develop branch-wise plans to increase insurance penetration, and conduct regular branch visits and sales reviews to ensure target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive life insurance sales across multiple bank branches within the assigned cluster.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for premium, policies, and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and other key bank stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the Bancassurance sales team to maximize productivity.
• Develop branch-wise business plans and implement strategies to increase insurance penetration.
• Conduct regular branch visits, joint customer meetings, and sales reviews.
