Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India is seeking a field-focused insurance sales professional to drive lead generation from partner banks and walk-in customers. You will build strong relationships with branch managers, hit monthly and annual sales targets, and train bank staff on basic insurance products to uncover cross-selling opportunities.

You will also coordinate policy issuance, renewals, and basic claim support for bank clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience and robust referrals.

• Lead Generation: Generate insurance leads from the existing database and walk-in customers of partner banks.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch managers and staff to secure referrals.

• Product Training: Train bank employees on basic insurance products to help identify cross-selling opportunities.
