To ensure enhancement of visual representation of each Puma store by continuously updating the look and feel of the space. Fostering VM creativity to front end team through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits. Alpha execution of Resec which includes Campaigns, Seasonal visual change overs and Key story roll outs. Responsible for all formats of stores- EBOs, Partner, SIS & LFR. A planned journey for the responsible set of stores (beat plan) to be adhered and shared month on month.
