PUMA in Bangalore seeks a Senior Regional Visual Merchandiser to elevate store visuals across West and East regions and ensure compelling campaigns and layouts. You will lead the rollout of zoning, campaigns, and key initiatives while training store teams on brand guidelines to create an attractive shopping environment.
You will analyze merchandising data, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and contribute to enhanced customer experience and sales growth in a dynamic retail setting.

Senior Regional Visual Merchandiser (West and East)
To ensure enhancement of visual representation of the store by continuously updating the look and feel of the store.
Maintaining RESEC Campaigns, Zoning and Key initiative roll-out
Elevated shopping experience and customer readiness of stores focus on store visits and audit
Fostering VM creativity at stores - Focus on VM training to guide store team to understand brand guidelines and help create an attractive, engaging store environment. Enhancing brand image, improve customer experience and drive sales
Responsible for sharing monthly beat plan covering all formats of stores
Innovation and creativity for the lighthouse stores

Constant upliftment of look & feel of stores
Internal: Visual Merchandising Team, Sales Ops Team, Merchandising Team and Project Team
External: Hangers Vendors, Mannequin Vendors and Print media vendors
Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager
Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization
Proficiency in Microsoft presentation & excel, Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design tools
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
Knowledge of photography
Creative and innovative thinker
Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
Acing Number game- analyzing and tracking of the executions done
