Job summary

Cantabil Retail India is seeking a dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee the Pune region’s retail operations. The role involves setting sales targets, planning, tracking performance, and coordinating with store management and backend teams to optimize profitability.

The candidate will train sales staff, hire ASMs and store managers, manage stock, and ensure proper visual merchandising and promotions across stores.

Responsibilities

• Set store sales targets based on past performance
• Prepare sales plans to achieve targets
• Track daily sales achievement
• Review ASM and Store Manager performance daily/weekly/monthly
• Monitor expenses
• Manage stock replenishments and rotations
• Maintain stock levels (min/max) per store
• Provide sales staff training
• Hire ASMs and store managers
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandisers and ensure VM alignment
• Control shrinkage
• Organize sales promotions/discounts
• Set up new stores
• Ensure Store SOPs and ASM checklists followed
• Coordinate with backend departments

We are looking for the dynamic and professional Cluster manager who can handle the Retail Business of Pune region.

Jobs Descriptions:-

• To set sales target of every store on the basis of last year & current year performance.
• Preparing sales planning for achieving targets
• Track sales achievement on daily basis.
• Area Sales Managers & Store Managers sales performance review on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per set parameters.
• Closely observation of expenses.
• Stock replenishments.
• Stock shuffling & rotation between the stores.
• Maintain minimum & maximum level of stock in stores as per the sales of the store.
• To provide training to sales staff & arrange various behavioral base training to store staff.
• Hiring new ASM, store managers.
• Preparation of various reports and presentation to management.
• Ensuring proper visual merchandising and coordination with VMs.
• Controlling shrinkage.
• Arrangement of sales promotions/discounts
• New store setting up
• Ensure Store SOPs, ASM checklist must be followed
• Coordinating with various department in backend.
