Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking a dynamic Gold Loan Sales Lead in Faridabad district to head the area’s sales efforts and achieve target metrics. You will lead the sales team, coordinate with branches, and drive cross-selling of assets and third-party products.

You will perform market mapping, identify opportunities, plan campaigns with BDEs, and report insights to the regional sales head. Strong leadership and banking experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience in banking sales.
• Experience in gold loan business preferred.

• To provide leadership to Gold Loan Business of the Area; lead assigned Sales Team and achieve the Sales Target.
• Identify and utilize opportunities to cross sell other products of the bank, help branches to plan and conduct customer meets.
• Collaborate with team/ branches to achieve optimum results.
• Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities, in the assigned areas/ markets along with the BDEs.
• Conduct market research, including area mapping, to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs and timely report to the RSM.
