Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is seeking a field sales executive in Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be assigned 2 to 3 HDFC Bank branches and promote BSLI products to bank customers.

Daily visits to branches and building strong relationships with branch staff and managers are essential to generate leads and close sales. The role requires willingness to travel between branches and a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have banking sales experience (CA/ CASA or NBFC).
• Experience from Home Loan sales, securities or other banking sales is preferred.
• Male or female; age 22–28 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned branches daily to promote Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance products.
• Build good relationships with Branch Managers and staff to generate leads.
• Close leads from branches and maximize revenue for BSLI.

Job description

The Candidate will be assigned or tagged under 2 to 3 Branches of HDFC Bank . The candidate should work along with the Branch Manager and Team members of HDFC Bank and promote the Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance product for the Customers of HDFC Bank ..

The candidate prime responsibility should build good relationship with the Branch Managers and Team members of the Assigned Branches and generate maximum lead from the branches assigned and take it to closure and generate maximum revenue for BSLI.

He needs to visit all the assigned branches under him on daily basis.

Must Criteria

• We can source candidate from Banking who were selling CASA Sales and NBFC Sector
• We can Hire Candidates from Home Loan Sales , securities and other banking sales
• Male / Female can be Hired.
• Age Limit : Below 2 2 -28years.
• It is a field sales and two wheeler is mandatory.
• CTC: From 2.5L
