Responsibilities

• KRA1 Achieve Targets (Premium & Revenue) through continuous interaction with channel partners (Multiple Branch Heads of the Bank)
• KRA2 Ensure smooth sales and process execution; communicate process/rule changes via training modules
• KRA3 Relationship Management with Open Architecture to handle bank customers’ requirements with broad product ranges
• KRA4 Identify profitable acquisition methods; monitor business and provide updates to superiors; conduct welcome calls with customers
