Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead CSR fundraising and corporate partnership activities, driving revenue and managing a team of Assistant Cluster Managers. The role focuses on developing relationships with corporates, PSUs, foundations and government stakeholders, while owning fundraising targets for the cluster.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or BSW/MSW with CSR fundraising background.
• At least 5 years of hands-on CSR fundraising / corporate partnerships experience.
• Must have personally raised funds from corporates, PSUs, trusts or foundations.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate CSR funding from corporates, PSUs, trusts and foundations; build relationships with CSR heads, CXOs/HR leaders.
• Own and deliver cluster-level targets, drive partnership closures.
• Manage strategic accounts and represent the organization at CSR forums and networking events.
• Lead & mentor the team, drive performance reviews & coaching.
• Track pipeline, forecasting and conversion metrics.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates, proposal quality and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Sales, Business Development) preferred, or
• BSW/MSW with CSR fundraising background is a strong plus.
• Atleast 5 years of hands-on CSR fundraising / corporate partnerships experience, must have personally raised funds from corporates, PSUs, trusts or foundations
• Track record of closing corporate/CSR partnerships and owning fundraising targets.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team (Assistant Cluster Managers / BD executives)
• During the first 6 months (probation), employees should bring their own laptop.
