Job summary

Leon Grill is seeking a dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee multiple QSR outlets in the Chennai region. You will lead Restaurant Managers, drive sales, ensure SOP compliance and uphold brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality background, and analytical skills to optimize operations, control costs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or any relevant field.
• Prior experience as Area Manager / Assistant Cluster Manager / Multi-store Manager in QSR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets within the cluster.
• Ensure SOPs, food safety, hygiene and brand standards are followed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure effective stock management.
• Conduct store visits and audits for operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor and motivate Outlet/Restaurant Managers and staff.
• Drive staffing, scheduling and manpower planning; manage performance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and analyze revenue opportunities.
• Implement local store marketing to grow footfall and revenue.
• Analyze KPIs like ATV, UPT, labor and food cost.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of multiple QSR outlets within the cluster.
  
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management.
  
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational excellence.
  

People Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate Restaurant Managers and staff.
  
• Ensure proper staffing levels, scheduling, and manpower planning.
  
• Conduct training sessions on operations, service quality, and customer handling.
  
• Drive employee engagement, discipline, and performance improvement initiatives.
  

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales targets and profitability for each outlet.
  
• Implement local store marketing activities to grow footfall and revenue.
  
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for business improvement.
  
• Track KPIs such as ATV, UPT, labor cost, and food cost.
  

Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across all outlets.
  
• Address customer complaints and elevate issues when required.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of service gaps and feedback.
  

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
  
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
  
• Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Training & Finance teams for smooth operations.
