Job summary

TeamLease seeks a dynamic Senior Sales Leader to drive home loan mortgage disbursement and login volumes, hitting targets in Mumbai. Lead a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Officers, and Coordinators, allocate targets, track performance, and provide on-field mentoring to boost productivity.

Collaborate with Bank of India branches and channel partners to source leads and grow business. Coordinate with credit and operations for timely sanctions, ensure KYC/AML compliance, monitor portfolio

• Good understanding of credit assessment and documentation procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Target Achievement
   Drive home loan Mortgage disbursement and login volumes as per the assigned targets.

• Expand business reach by identifying new sourcing opportunities and market segments

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Officers, Relationship Manager and Coordinators.
• Allocate targets, track daily performance, and conduct periodic reviews.
• Provide on-field support and mentoring to boost team productivity.

Channel and BOI Branch Management

• Collaborate with Bank of India branches for sourcing leads and increasing business volume.
• Manage and grow relationships with Channel partner, connectors, and real estate partners, builders etc.

Credit and Documentation Coordination

• Ensure accurate and complete file documentation before login.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for timely sanction and disbursement.

Portfolio Quality and Compliance

• Monitor sourcing quality to minimize delinquencies and rejections.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal lending policies.
• Assist in resolving audit queries and maintaining regulatory standards.

Customer Focus

• Maintain high service standards for customers throughout the loan process.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction to drive referral business.
