DeliveryPlus Logistics Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a Cluster Manager (Last-Mile Operations) to oversee day-to-day cluster activities and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.

You will monitor shipments and pickups, coordinate with hub teams, delivery partners, couriers, and internal departments, and resolve issues promptly. The role also involves tracking KPIs, managing manpower, and maintaining MIS reports to support informed decisions.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day cluster operations and ensure smooth last-mile delivery services.
• Monitor shipments, pickups, deliveries, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with hub teams, delivery partners, couriers, and internal departments.
• Resolve operational issues, delivery failures, and customer escalations promptly.
• Track daily KPIs, productivity, and SLA adherence to achieve operational targets.
• Manage manpower planning, team allocation, and hub alignment.
• Maintain accurate operational data, system updates, and daily MIS reports.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational policies.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve daily business objectives.
