Job summary

AlienKind is seeking a hands-on Operations lead to own end-to-end operations and P&L for 5 outlets across Bengaluru and Mumbai. You will ensure SOPs for kitchen prep, food safety, inventory, and front-of-house service, while auditing hygiene and compliance to uphold brand standards.

You will recruit and develop outlet teams, drive fast service with quality, and act as the brand custodian on delivery platforms. Collaboration with marketing for local launches is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing 3–5 QSR / caf / F&B outlets.
• Excellent communicator — articulate, confident, and brand ambassador for AlienKind in Mumbai.
• Proven P&L ownership; operational excellence with MIS/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations and P&L for 5 outlets (revenue, COGS, labour, wastage, overheads).
• Ensure SOPs across kitchen prep, food safety (FSSAI), inventory, and front-of-house service.
• Conduct regular outlet audits covering hygiene, operations, equipment, and compliance.
• Maintain standards across full product lineup including Cloudy, Galactic Smoothies, AlienKind Lab, Juice Craft, Cake Shakes, Starship Burger, Hyperslab Sandos, Portal Bagels, Mango Sticky Rice.
• Drive speed of service without compromising quality or the AlienKind experience.
• Recruit, train, and retain outlet managers, kitchen staff, and frontline crew.
• Be on-ground brand custodian and face of AlienKind in Mumbai; own delivery platform performance (Zomato, Swiggy) and drive online order growth.
• Collaborate with marketing on local activations, influencer visits, and new launch rollouts.
• Daily/weekly/monthly MIS; track metrics; partner with leadership on new outlet launches and playbook development.

Brand Experience & Delivery

• Be the on‑ground brand custodian and the face of AlienKind in Mumbai protect the design ethos, in‑store energy, and customer experience
• Own delivery platform performance (Zomato, Swiggy); drive satisfaction scores and online order growth
• Collaborate with marketing on local activations, influencer visits, and new launch rollouts

Reporting

• Daily/weekly/monthly MIS; track AOS, SOS, COGS %, labour %, customer ratings
• Partner with leadership on new outlet launches and operational playbook development

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years managing 3–5 QSR / caf / F&B outlets Strong kitchen ops, food costing, FSSAI, delivery management
