Job summary

Even is seeking a Lab Cluster Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple laboratories in Bengaluru. You will lead manpower, shifts, productivity, and team performance while ensuring quality, NABL/ISO compliance and patient safety.

Responsibilities include managing equipment, reagents, inventory and costs; monitoring KPIs; and driving process improvements. You will coordinate with doctors, hospital departments, vendors, and management.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master's in Medical Laboratory Technology / Life Sciences / related field.
• 8+ years laboratory experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing multiple hospital laboratories preferred.
