Adani Group seeks an experienced professional to manage operations and maintenance of solar power plants in Maharashtra, including coordination with sites, vendors, and district authorities.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in solar power plant operations & maintenance.
• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or E&TC engineering.
• MBA/MBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate among internal departments, sites and vendors/contractors.
• Anticipate problems and interface issues; take proactive resolution actions.
• Ensure O&M activities are conducted by site technicians as envisaged in tender.
• Coordinate with district MSEDCL and EESL officials across Mumbai and Dhule clusters.
• Ensure sites are functional and energy guarantees are maintained.
• Conduct monthly site visits to review O&M efficacy by technicians.
• Release periodic reports to EESL officials and HO in Ahmedabad.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordination among internal departments, sites and vendors/contractors
• Anticipating problems & interface issues and taking proactive measures for resolution.
• Ensure O&M activities are conducted by the site technician/Senior technician as envisaged in the EESL tender.
• Coordination of all activities with district level MSEDCL officials and EESL officials at Mumbai and Dhule cluster
• Coordinate with site technician/Senior technician to ensure that the sites are fully functional and energy guarantees are maintained.
• Conduct monthly visit to the sites under him to check efficacy of O&M activities carried out by the site technician/Senior technician
• Release periodic reports and returns to EESL officials and HO at Ahmedabad.
• Maintenance of spare parts and inverter. Replenishment of spare parts and major assembly on their usage. Maintenance of inventory
• Coordinate with Techno commercial and logistics departments for movement of stores required at the sites.
• Coordinate and conduct of JMR of the sites in timely manner.
• Expedite with the OEMs and the subcontractors for immediate resolution of any fault at the site affecting the energy generation or safety of the plant.
• Engage with subcontractors’ technical team closely so that maximum incentives are generated from each site.

• B.E./B. Tech- Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
• MBS-Preferred
