Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a deep background in waterproofing for Mumbai-based assignments. The role focuses on planning, execution, and client coordination to ensure project success from inception through delivery.

The candidate should hold a BE Civil or higher and have at least 12 years of waterproofing experience. Salary is up to 20 lac INR per year, commensurate with experience and current earnings, with standard project management responsibilities and governance

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Analyze work orders and projectdrawings, identifying critical elements and potential risks.
• Plan and allocate resources (materials,manpower, and supervision) for smooth project execution.
• Ensure proper site execution withcoordination between teams and clients.
• Create detailed site-specific plans andmitigate risks with the support of the GM and technical teams.

Cost & Margin Management

• Achieve sales billing targets andmanage project costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.
• Monitor and control resource efficiencyand inventory management.
• Track sales forecasts and ensure timelyinvoicing and payment collection.

Working Capital Management

• Ensure timely conversion of work doneinto certified invoices and recovery of debts.
• Manage client payments and coordinateon bank guarantees and retention dues.

Process Compliance & Governance

• Oversee inventory management, statutorycompliance, and safety protocols.
• Ensure timely submission of reports anddocumentation as required.

Customer Management

• Lead client kick-off meetings andensure project scope alignment.
• Address client complaints and manageclaims for additional work or price variations.
• Obtain completion certificates andensure client satisfaction for potential repeat business.

People Management

• Conduct regular reviews of projectprogress with the project team.
• Identify training needs and arrangenecessary training for the team.
