Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage overall site operations covering Production, QA/QC, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and Utilities.
• Ensure smooth manufacturing of API and finished formulations in compliance with cGMP, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Drive production planning, operational efficiency, cost optimization and plant performance.
• Lead site-level audits, CAPA, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective plant maintenance, utilities management and EHS standards.
• Provide strategic leadership and build a high-performance site team.
• Coordinate with corporate functions and ensure achievement of business and operational objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• 20+ years of overall experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of independently handling a manufacturing site/plant.
• Strong experience in API and finished formulations.
• Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, EHS and plant operations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
