Job summary

Ipca is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing leader to oversee API production across multiple shifts. You will ensure compliance with GMP, ICH, and USFDA requirements, drive process improvements, and manage daily operations, planning shifts, materials, and equipment maintenance to meet schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has 10–20 years in API manufacturing, a chemistry-related degree (B.Tech/B.E.), and a proven track record of scaling up operations while maintaining quality

• Proven in-depth GMP knowledge and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ICH guidelines and USFDA regulations.
• Experience leading large-scale production operations with multiple shifts.
