Job summary

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank seeks an experienced banking professional to lead Liabilities sales and retail banking growth in a cluster. Drive revenue across Savings, Current Accounts, Mutual Funds, FDs and other products, while building relationships with key decision-makers.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and proven leadership in regional branches or cluster management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Liabilities function.
• 3-4 years as Branch Head or Cluster Head.
• Strong analytical skills and banking product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead and manage a retail banking cluster.

Responsibilities

• Generate business for banking products (Savings & Current Accounts, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Shares).
• Take initiatives to increase customer penetration for sales.
• Manage customer-centric banking operations and ensure satisfaction by delivering services.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers for business development.
• Grow retail banking business within a cluster and manage sales/revenue.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff while ensuring superior service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the bank.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for generating business for various banking products like Savings & Current Accounts, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Shares etc.
• Taking various initiatives for increasing customer penetration for sales.
• Managing customer centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
• Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
• Responsible for managing and growing the retail banking business within a cluster.
• Responsible for sales management and revenue generation within cluster.
• Provide quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all assigned personnel, while ensuring that clients receive superior client service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the bank.

RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE

10+ of experience in Liabilities function. 3-4 years as Branch Head or Cluster Head
