Catholic Syrian Bank, Jaipur, Rajasthan, seeks a Senior Leader to manage the Agri Lending cluster, drive topline and fee income, and oversee cross-sell of liability and third-party products. You will coordinate branches in the territory, ensure portfolio quality, and mentor branch staff to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in lending, preferably in agriculture or rural finance.
• Strong understanding of PSL guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive topline and fee income.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to agriculture lending and PSL guidelines.

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the entire business activities of a Cluster for Agri Lending. The role also entails managing operations of Agriculture Lending, Commodity Finance, Program Based/ Tie Up Loans for farmers and other products and offerings of the vertical.

Responsibilities

This role will have the responsibility of the topline, ottomline and Fee income of the vertical of the assigned territory. The role will also have the responsiblity of cross selling of liability and third party products. Ensure the portfolio quality to minimize the NPA and credit losses. Overall coordination of branches under the Cluster, for ensuring the quality of the portfolio, support in recruitment, training, retention and mentoring talents.

• Manage the activities of Agri & FI vertical in the assigned territory and ensure they are aligned with Bank’s strategic goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements relating to Agriculture lending and comply with the PSL guidelines
• Own the annual budget of the team and review adherence on a monthly basis to ensure the delivery of the team on the budgeted lines
• Oversee quality initiatives across operations team for optimization of processes in order to improve TAT
