Job summary

Talento HR in Bengaluru is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure-based platforms, ensuring uptime, reliability, and scalable performance for enterprise clients.

You will handle incidents, proactive monitoring, onboarding, platform usage, integrations, and technical issues for hybrid cloud workflows, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver consistently high service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Operations, or Platform Support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and production support.
• Experience with Grafana and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 rotational shifts with weekend support as required.
