Job Summary

This role involves leading a team in a 24x7 cloud operations environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of tasks and addressing operational issues. You will be responsible for technical guidance, team training, and continuous improvement within the operations. A key part of this position is collaborating with client teams to develop deep platform-specific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
