Job summary

Cloud 9 Infosystems India is seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to lead company operations, HR, accounting and growth initiatives in Mumbai. You will translate strategy into actionable goals, build an inclusive culture, and ensure performance targets are met while managing budgets and capital investments.

You will oversee process improvements, policy design and customer relationships, working closely with the CEO/Directors. 10–15+ years in IT operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• 10 to 15+ years’ experience in IT Operations.
• Good experience in ITIL and Cloud.
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that align with CEO/Directors’ objectives.
• Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales budgeting.
• Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to hit growth targets.
• Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures and reports.
• Maintain trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Responsible for all operations activities, delivery management, and process management.

Objectives of this Role

• Collaborate with the CEO / Directors in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization‑wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
• Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary.

Job Responsibilities
