Job summary

42gears Mobility Systems is seeking a skilled DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role emphasizes Kubernetes orchestration, containerization with Docker, and infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation.

You will implement robust CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud operations, and optimize costs while ensuring security and compliance across VPCs, IAM, and networking components.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Cloud-based SQL and NoSQL databases experience.
• Microservices, API integration, and serverless architectures.
• Scripting skills: Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go for automation.
• VPCs, subnets, IGWs, VPNs, VPC peering, Route53/DNS, IAM and security groups; cost optimization.
• Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, GKE); Helm and cluster scaling; registry management.
• IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• DevOps, CI/CD workflows, and Argo CD hands-on.

• Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Handling SQL and NoSQL databases in the cloud.
• Experience with microservices architecture, API integration, and serverless functions.
• Strong scripting skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go for automation, cloud operations, and infrastructure tasks.
• Core knowledge of VPCs, subnets, IGWs, VPNs, VPC peering, Route53/DNS, IAM, security groups, compliance concepts, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, GKE), and registry management, including Helm and cluster scaling.
• Deploying infrastructure with tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Having DevOps knowledge, CI/CD workflow, and Argo CD hands-on.
