Job summary

NOVAC is seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes on EKS/ECS and IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation.

Responsibilities include monitoring, security hardening, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust cloud solutions. Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.

Job description:

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with core AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.
• knowledge of networking (DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, VPC, Firewalls, Subnets).
• Perform operations using PowerShell, AWS CLI, and AWS Management Console.
• Configure and maintain databases using Amazon RDS for SQL Server or Amazon Aurora.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards across AWS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cloud solutions and integrations.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters using EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service) & ECS ( Elastic Container Service )
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation

Required Skills:
