Job summary

Bhartiya Recruitment Services is seeking a senior professional to lead IoT and digital transformation initiatives in a manufacturing IT context. You will identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions to advance operational efficiency and digital maturity.

Hands-on experience with IoT, AI/ML, edge computing, automation, and analytics is required. The role covers end-to-end IoT project execution from concept through POC, vendor evaluation, and scaling to production across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters in CS, Electronics, IT or related field.
• 8–12 years in Manufacturing IT / Digital Projects / Emerging Technologies.
• Experience leading IoT or digital innovation projects is mandatory.
• Certifications in IoT, AI, Cloud (AWS, Azure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support initiatives related to new and emerging technologies and digital transformation.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative tech solutions to improve operations and maturity.
• Hands-on IoT/AI/edge computing implementations within manufacturing setups.
• Manage end-to-end IoT project execution from concept to scaling.

To lead and support initiatives related to new and emerging technologies, IoT projects, and digital transformation Projects . The role requires a forward-thinking individual capable of identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance business operations, improve efficiency, and drive digital maturity across the organization

Hands-on experience in implementation within manufacturing setup for technology like IoT, AI/ML, edge computing, automation, and analytics.

Experience in end-to-end IoT project execution from concept design, POC , and vendor evaluation to implementation and scaling.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field.

• - 8–12 years of experience in Manufacturing IT / Manufacturing Digital Projects / Emerging Technologies.
• - Prior experience leading IoT or digital innovation projects is mandatory.
