Overview

• Develop, integrate, and manage cloud services across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
• Deploy and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Application & Networking Services.
• Manage migration from on-premises infrastructure to Azure, including integration of on-prem AD with Cloud AD.
• Ensure secure cloud service deployment, including encryption, identity & authentication, and traffic analysis.
• Optimize cloud services through automation, scaling, and monitoring DevOps Administrator.
• Maintain IT infrastructure for call centers.
• Host and manage servers, applications, and mobile apps.
• Coordinate with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) for hosting, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Implement and monitor application and cloud security practices.
• Prepare and maintain Service Level Status (SLS) reports.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and related services.
• Hands-on experience in cloud migration and AD integration.
• Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, etc.).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of networking, encryption, identity management, and cloud security practices.
• Familiarity with server hosting, application management, and mobile app deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
