We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator with 3–4+ years of experience in Linux administration, basic scripting, and cloud support (primarily Azure). The role focuses on cloud operations, system administration, and L1/L2 support across client environments, with opportunities to grow into advanced cloud responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and management of cloud resources in Azure (VMs, storage, networking).
• Assist in maintaining cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Support hybrid connectivity setups (VPN, basic network configurations).
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for cloud and infrastructure-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and elevate issues when required.
• Assist in managing backup solutions and basic retention policies.
• Support AVD environments (user access, basic configurations, troubleshooting)
• Follow cloud security best practices (IAM roles, NSGs, basic policies)
• Work with senior team members on client requirements and implementations.
• Perform Linux server administration tasks and basic automation using Shell/PowerShell.

Required Skills

• Understanding of VPN and hybrid environments
