Job summary

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Administrator with 6+ years of expertise in managing enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure environments. The role emphasizes Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, storage, IAM, and cloud security, with strong IaC and automation skills using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash, or Python.

The candidate should be proficient in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, backup/DR, governance, and FinOps for cost optimization, and familiar with RBAC, Azure Policy,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in managing and administering enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, IAM, and cloud security.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/Bicep) and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, backup and disaster recovery, governance, and FinOps for cloud cost optimization.
• Proficiency in implementing security best practices, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud.
• Experience with AKS, DevSecOps practices, and monitoring tools is desirable.

The role requires experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, backup and disaster recovery, governance, and FinOps for cloud cost optimization.

Candidates should be proficient in implementing security best practices, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.

Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), DevSecOps practices, and monitoring tools is desirable.
