Job summary

ICICI Lombard is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to manage and support cloud resources in Mumbai. The role covers compute, storage, networking, and platform services, with emphasis on Azure AD authentication, security governance, and production operations.

You will collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and incident resolution. The ideal candidate has hands-on Azure experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to learning ongoing cloud service evolution, including AI

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure cloud resources including compute, storage, networking and platform services.
• Monitor cloud applications and services hosted on Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Container Apps.
• Handle authentication and authorization components involving Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support deployments, release cycles and production operations for cloud-based applications.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Azure networking components and connectivity.
• Work on Azure Storage Accounts, Redis Cache, Cosmos DB and other data services.
• Provide first-level support for Azure AI services, AI Foundry and Cognitive solutions (basic exposure required).
• Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security standards and compliance practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD principles and operational processes.
• Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis and system health improvements.
