Job summary

Ormco seeks an experienced professional to lead clinical onboarding for new customers in orthodontics. You will educate doctors on Spark case design, coordinate case reviews, and serve as the primary clinical contact during onboarding.

You will remotely onboard doctors, provide software and clinical support, and collaborate with sales and global clinical teams to ensure smooth deployment and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Dental.
• 3+ years Orthodontic industry experience in sales or training role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful clinical onboarding of new customers.
• Education for doctors on internal systems, processes and protocols for Spark case design.
• Facilitating case reviews for new Spark users during onboarding period.
• Primary point of contact for initial clinical support for new customers.
• Scheduling technical follow up with doctors.

• Backing up field Digital Sales Specialist teams with clinical support.
• Attendance at relevant industry events for clinical support.
• Providing technical support (software and web) for all products in our digital portfolio.

May provide customer support, handle incoming orders, verify customer purchase order accuracy, confirm purchase order with customer, resolve discrepancies, and provide technical support.
