Job summary

Nextenti Tech is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist MedTech to train internal sales teams and external hospital stakeholders on clinical applications and product usage.

The role involves delivering training, conducting demonstrations at hospitals and events, and supporting field teams with clinical expertise across India. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, with travel across the country required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare/paramedical qualification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical training, medical devices/MedTech, clinical applications, healthcare sales, or sales support.
• Experience training internal teams and hospital/healthcare professionals.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• English and Hindi mandatory; Telugu is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver clinical and product training for sales teams and hospital customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training at hospitals, conferences, and events.
• Accompany sales teams on field visits and provide clinical support and coaching.
• Address clinical/product queries from doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
