The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree in optometry, 2–5 years of ophthalmic center experience, and strong MS-Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide training to field sales teams and conduct regular tests to stay updated.
• Analyze safety signals, AE data, and performance trends from post-market use and address queries.

Role Overview:

This is an entry-level role which requires a skilled, meticulous, continuous learner and team worker liaising among a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment. This role requires extensive travelling regularly, across the appointed territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate is required for the Post-Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) activities for the companys Intraocular Lens (IOL) portfolio in alignment with EU MDR guidelines.
• Establish collaboration with ophthalmic centers and cross-functional teams to ensure collection of accurate clinical data collection and regulatory documentation and prepare relevant reports.
• Have hands-on experience in ophthalmic diagnostic equipment and/or in the interpretation of the data generated viz. biometry, OCT, LASIK etc.
• Analyze safety signals, performance trends and adverse event (AE) data from post-market use as well as provide clinical and diagnostic expertise to resolve technical or outcome-related queries.
• Provide training to the field sales team and conduct tests regularly in order to remain updated.
• Conducting CMEs / RTMs / Conferences and preparing ROI reports.
• Liaising from the ground for various clinical trials and studies.

Required Qualifications:

• Academic Qualifications: bachelor's or master's degree in optometry
• Accreditations: accreditation if any
• Skills: Excellent in MS-Office
• Work experience: 2 to 5 years in an ophthalmic center, preferably a clinic/hospital
• Languages: English, Hindi and a relevant regional language
