Job summary

TherapyPod is hiring a hands-on customer success specialist to launch and scale five pilot clinics in India. You will onboard clinics, connect WhatsApp, install website chat, and train doctors, nurses and front-desk staff to use the platform daily.

You’ll track clinic performance, resolve issues with engineering, run weekly check-ins, and build a playbook to bring new clinics live in under two weeks. Travel to clinics regularly and train staff in Hindi and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, implementation, or operations for healthcare or software products in India.
• Have worked directly with Indian clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic centers.
• Fluent in Hindi and English. Able to train a nurse and brief a clinic owner in the same visit.
• Organized: you work from playbooks, checklists, and numbers.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRMs, and dashboards. Can troubleshoot a setup issue yourself.
• Patient and persistent. Clinics adopt at their own pace.

Responsibilities

• Turn what you learn into a playbook that takes a new clinic live in under two weeks.
• Work with the Clinical Safety Lead on training staff to review AI conversations and flag misses.
• Travel to clinics regularly and spend time at the front desk during busy hours.
