Head Clinical Services | Chief Prosthetist & Orthotist

Location: Sector-19, Gurugram, Haryana

About the Role

The clinical COO is counterpart to the VP Clinics. While the VP owns overall clinic business performance, this role owns the clinical operating system, P&O capability, fitting quality, and Patient Success process that enable sustainable clinic performance.

This person would be the National clinical leader who will hold full accountability for the quality of P&O care delivered across all four regions and every clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• This role will lead clinical quality and P&O operations across all clinics nationally, ensuring consistent clinical standards, SOPs, fitting quality, patient safety, and timely delivery.
• The person will build and manage the P&O competency framework, conduct assessments, training and certifications, handle complex prosthetic cases, and drive improvements in fitting success, rework, complaints and patient outcomes.
• They will also use company data to monitor clinic and P&O performance, improve patient satisfaction/NPS and long-term device usage, and ensure full adoption of clinical processes.
• Additionally, the role will represent company clinically at CME events, hospitals and professional forums, work with referring doctors, and provide clinical sign-off for new products and workflows.

Key Requirements/Skills

Mandatory Academic Qualification - Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics (BPO) / Master in Prosthetics and Orthotics (MPO or MS in P&O)

Experience Essential - 10+ Years in Prosthetics / Orthotics including 3-5 years in clinical leadership or multi-clinic management.

Demonstrated ability to build clinical systems, SOPs, and training programs at scale.

Clinical Expertise Essential - Deep lower-limb prosthetics: TSB, PTB, IC sockets, K-level classification, gait analysis, liner technology, multi-component prescription. Orthotic experience advantageous.

Experience Preferred - Experience contributing to delivery performance or revenue improvement in a clinical setting; digital clinical workflows; EMR or clinical data platform experience; 3D printing or CAD/CAM exposure.

Background at Otto bock India, Endolite India, BMVSS, ALIMCO, or equivalent.

Other - Regular travel across all four regions. Fluency in Hindi and English.
