Maarrs Consulting in Coimbatore is seeking a Clinic Operations & Medicine Fulfilment Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role focuses on medicine preparation, inventory management, vendor coordination, packing, dispatch and shipment tracking.

The candidate will also assist doctors during consultations, handle payment follow-ups, and act as the administrative owner of digital tools used for patient management and clinic operations.

Role & responsibilities

The Clinic Operations & Medicine Fulfilment Executive will be smooth and efficient execution of the clinic's day-to-day operational activities, with primary responsibility for *medicine preparation, inventory management, vendor coordination, packing, dispatch and shipment tracking*.

The role will also support the doctor during consultations, coordinate assigned payment follow-ups, and act as the *administrative user/owner of the digital tools and software* used for patient management and overall clinic operations.

The role requires a person who is *organized, detail-oriented, digitally comfortable, dependable and willing to learn*.
