Job summary

DHI Medical Group in Delhi invites applications for a Clinic Manager who will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure discipline, hygiene, and strict adherence to company policies and quality standards.

You will lead the clinic team, drive revenue through service optimization and corporate partnerships, manage client relationships including HNI clients, execute marketing initiatives, and provide timely MIS reports to the corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations & Administration - Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining discipline, hygiene, and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Sales & Profitability - Drive clinic revenue and achieve profitability targets through effective planning, service optimization, and development of corporate tie-ups.
• Client Service & Relationship Management - Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly address client concerns, and build strong relationships with HNI clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Team Management - Lead, mentor, and motivate the clinic team; monitor performance and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Marketing & Business Development - Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and corporate partnerships to increase footfall and conversion rates.
• Reporting & MIS - Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS reports, performance data, and operational updates to the corporate office.
