Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Client Visit Experience Executive to manage end-to-end visitor experiences in a corporate workplace. You will coordinate executive visits, plan events, ensure floor readiness, and deliver exceptional hospitality for clients, leadership teams, and guests.

The role requires a hospitality/ events background with strong communication and stakeholder management, based on-site in Mumbai or Pune, with a 48-hour schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client visits, leadership visits, and executive walkthroughs.
• Ensure workplace and floor readiness prior to engagements and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, reception, facilities, security, and catering.
• Plan and execute corporate events, town halls, and special visits.
• Serve as primary contact for visiting clients and stakeholders during visits.
