Job summary

Royal Reelz is a fast-growing photography studio seeking a proactive Client Servicing Coordinator to connect clients with the post-production team. You will organize digital assets, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals.

You will act as the main contact for clients, translate requests into actionable tasks, and maintain smooth communications across teams to uphold visual consistency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in client servicing, studio operations or agency coordination.
• Obsessively organized: Comfortable handling digital assets (hard disk, Drive, Dropbox, cloud storage).
• Clear communicator: Polite, prompt and capable of managing client expectations with ease.
• Detail-oriented: A great eye for visual consistency.

Responsibilities

• Backend & Photo Sorting: Sorting best images for the editor (removal of bad images)
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients & post production team.
