Job summary

Royal Reelz is seeking a proactive Client Servicing Coordinator to bridge the gap between clients and our post-production team in Pune. If you thrive on organized file systems and smooth communication, this role is for you.

Responsibilities include sorting images for editors, liaising with clients, translating requests into tasks, and quick quality checks before delivery. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in client servicing or studio coordination and is highly organized.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, studio operations or agency coordination.
• Obsessively organized: comfortable handling digital assets (hard disk, Drive, Dropbox, cloud storage).
• Clear communicator: polite, prompt and capable of managing client expectations with ease.
• Detail-oriented: a great eye for visual consistency.
