Role Description The Client Servicing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding, campaign planning, performance reviews, and ongoing communication. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client objectives, coordinating with internal teams to execute campaigns, tracking performance against KPIs, and ensuring timely delivery of reports and insights. The role involves proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service and clear expectations. The Client Servicing Manager also contributes to account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and recommending data-driven optimisations to improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills, with experience managing multiple accounts or stakeholders.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of building long-term partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present performance insights.
• Experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, or performance marketing is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret campaign data, understand KPIs, and collaborate with technical and operations teams.
