Job summary

Dentsu India is seeking an Associate Manager – Account Management in Bengaluru to lead day-to-day client servicing for digital campaigns. The role requires strong relationship management, campaign execution across digital platforms, and collaboration with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Production teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in an advertising or digital agency, proven project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or digital agency.
• Strong experience handling digital marketing campaigns across social media, content, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Basic understanding of mainline advertising.
• Excellent client management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop project timelines, manage campaign workflows, and ensure quality execution.
• Support campaign planning, client presentations, review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and proactively resolve client queries.
