Job summary

Newgen Digitalworks in New Delhi is seeking an Account Manager / Project Manager to lead key client accounts and ensure successful digital marketing project delivery.

You will work on-site at the client office, coordinating with internal teams to meet timelines and budgets, while building long-term relationships and driving account profitability.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Management.
• Experience in a Digital or Advertising Agency is preferred.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Digital, and Production teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare project plans, presentations, and status reports.
• Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates with clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Support new business pitches and client presentations.
• Manage project budgets, billing, and account profitability.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager to manage key client accounts and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing projects.
