Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and resolve service requests promptly.
• Support client onboarding, documentation, and account activation.

Requirements

Eligibility

• Graduate in Commerce or any discipline.
• 2 to 10 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, customer support, banking, insurance, mutual funds, wealth management, or financial advisory.
• Candidates owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred, as the role involves client meetings across Kolkata.

Required Skills
