We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional

customer experiences. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and

experienced in handling client interactions, administrative tasks, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone and email to understand requirements and provide timely

support.

• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Ensure a positive client experience by resolving queries professionally.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate client records using Google Workspace

and Microsoft Excel.

• Draft, edit, and proofread client communications.
• Create presentations and visual materials using Canva (preferred).
