Job Description - VelivoHR is looking for Client Servicing Executive for one of their client who is a leading digital marketing agency in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• Work with agency principals and clients on execution as well as strategic positioning and planning, including brand repositioning and digital transformation initiatives.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns along with the agency team on their respective brands, including paid media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
• Oversee and execute requests in the daily running of the accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as copy, design, media, and more to oversee execution, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Liaison with billing and invoices between the client and agency, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Strategize and execute go-to-market plans across the digital ecosystem, which includes strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget, ensuring a proven track record in launching successful digital campaigns.
• Participate in pitch presentations and meetings as and when there is a pitch.
• Actively present ideas to expand service offerings by identifying and proposing new services based on market trends and client needs.
• Be a team player and mentor a young team of executives, copywriters, and designers, developing and leading training sessions to upskill junior team members.
• May include other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 2 - 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a preference for experience in social media, influencer marketing or other specialised areas.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to lead by example.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client’s business and digital marketing, including strategic planning tools and methodologies (e.g., page insights, competitive benchmarking).
