Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Client Servicing Executive/Manager for AIF & PMS in Mumbai. The role focuses on end-to-end investor relationships, onboarding, and regulatory compliance with SEBI AIF and PMS regulations.

The candidate will engage UHNI clients and intermediaries, ensuring timely reporting, disclosures, and responsive service across the investment lifecycle. Prior experience in AIF/PMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in AIF/PMS or wealth management client servicing.
• NISM Series-XXI-A preferred; Series-V-A is a plus.
• Familiar with CDSL/NSDL, depositories and fund admin systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for AIF and PMS investors throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Build long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, institutional investors & intermediaries.
• Address client queries on portfolio performance, statements, and fund updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and escalations.
• Manage end-to-end KYC and account opening for new AIF and PMS clients in compliance with SEBI regulations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of PMS Agreement, Disclosure Documents, Risk Profiles, etc.
• Liaise with compliance and legal teams to meet regulatory standards.

Job Title: Client Servicing Executive / Manager AIF & PMS

Reports To: Head – Client Servicing / Business Head AIF & PMS

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–3 Years (AIF/PMS/Wealth Management preferred)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Client Servicing professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with investors in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for UHNI clients & Intermediaries, ensuring seamless onboarding, compliance, reporting, and ongoing engagement. The role demands a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (SEBI AIF & PMS Regulations), financial products, and superior interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for AIF and PMS investors throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, institutional investors & Intermediaries.
• Proactively address client queries related to portfolio performance, statements, and fund updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns and escalations.

Onboarding & Documentation

• Manage the end-to-end KYC and account opening process for new AIF and PMS clients in compliance with SEBI regulations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation — PMS Agreement, Disclosure Documents, Risk Profiles, etc.
• Liaise with the compliance and legal team to ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with custodians, registrars (RTAs), and fund administrators for smooth onboarding.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and dispatch periodic portfolio reports, capital account statements, and performance summaries to clients.
• Communicate fund updates, NAV disclosures, capital calls (for AIFs), and distribution notices in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with fund managers and investment teams to respond to performance-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and maintain CRM systems.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

• Ensure full adherence to SEBI AIF Regulations, 2012 and SEBI PMS Regulations, 2020 in all client interactions.
• Coordinate with the compliance team for investor-related regulatory filings and disclosures.
• Monitor AML/KYC renewals and ensures timely completion for existing clients.
• Support audit processes and respond to regulatory queries pertaining to client accounts.

Business Development Support

• Collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to support fundraising efforts for new AIF schemes and PMS strategies.
• Assist in preparation of pitch decks, fund presentations, and investment proposals for prospective clients.
• Track investor commitments, drawdowns, and capital deployment for AIF clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline (MBA Finance preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AIF, PMS, or Wealth Management client servicing.
• NISM Series-XXI-A (Portfolio Managers) certification preferred; NISM Series-V-A is an advantage..
• Familiarity with platforms such as CDSL/NSDL, depositories, and fund administration systems.
