Job summary

Pixelarc Syndicate is seeking a proactive Client Service Manager to own day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for the Strategy, Creative, and Performance teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead regular client check-ins, status calls, and quarterly business reviews with performance updates and recommendations.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve client concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Spot opportunities to expand the scope of work and support the sales/growth team on upsell and renewal conversations.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, scopes of work, and status reports.
• Champion the client's perspective internally, ensuring work aligns with brand goals and quality standards.
