Job summary

Delhivery in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Client Servicing professional to manage day-to-day relationships with enterprise clients and coordinate across internal operations, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery in a fast-paced e-commerce logistics environment.

You will handle client escalations, monitor SLA performance, identify process improvements, and prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Key Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Experience with enterprise/B2B clients.
• Good understanding of SLA management and operational coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, mobility, or operations-driven environments preferred.
