Job summary

Aumni in Mumbai, India is seeking a Global Client Reporting Associate to oversee manual reporting across asset groups. You will ensure reports are accurate, delivered on time, and you will partner with local and global teams to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in client or investment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery for manual reporting requests, ensuring requirements are understood and outputs meet accuracy and timeliness expectations.
• Complete ad hoc and custom client reports and other assigned tasks to support business needs.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, transformation execution, and control enhancement across the reporting function.
• Build domain expertise by understanding the figures being reported and strengthening product knowledge across assigned asset groups.
• Escalate issues and concerns to senior management as needed, supporting resolution while managing expectations across stakeholders.
• Prepare management information reporting and internal reporting packs as assigned.

As a Global Client Reporting Associate in the Global Client Reporting team, you oversee manual client reporting across multiple traditional asset groups and support transformation initiatives. You ensure reporting requests are understood, completed accurately, and delivered on time while building strong product and domain knowledge. You partner with local and global teams to improve processes, enhance controls, and elevate issues appropriately to support consistent client servicing.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Hold a postgraduate degree
• Demonstrate 10+ years of relevant experience in client reporting, investment reporting, or related operational reporting roles
• Apply intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English, including strong business writing capability
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude
• Collaborate effectively with local and global teams, demonstrating sensitivity to different cultures and working styles
• Initiate work independently as a self-starter and contribute ideas to improve how work is delivered
